We have a wealth of knowledge within the association and we need to make sure that this knowledge transfer happens. Information has no value if it is not used, no matter how expensive it is. We need to create a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. We need to link people to information. We in MALA are hoping to lead this initiative.
