• Grade 12 applicants: a minimum of a level 6 for Mathematics & Physical Science and as per institution requirements
• Finance: a minimum of a 5 symbol for Mathematics and Accounting
• Tertiary candidates: average 60%
Selection is based on the following:
• Academic Results• Psychometric assessments• An interview with Glencore
Coal• Applicants from local
communities of our respective operation will take preference
