Waste minimization

• The system saves the ”angles” of the servo motors for each repeat length. Result:· Close to spot-on register from print start. P2P

handles the rest. (~30 meters waste for insetting of 6C job)

· On old jobs with no register marks or no job bank database: Close to spot-on register from print start

• ”One-touch ”releases & repositions” all sleeves for quick job change-over.

• Sleeves stay in print when the press is stopped meaning close to no waste for roll change.
