Surplus Property What is the Federal Surplus Personal Property Program for Public Airports and its advantages?
• The Federal Surplus Personal Property Program for Public Airports is a program for Public Airports to request authorized surplus personal property through the GSAXcess system administered by the General Services Administration (GSA).
• It allows public-use airports to obtain free property/equipment. Shipping/transport is your only cost.

surplus property program.
What is the Application Process? • Request from your assigned PM & Complete:
– Screener Application Form; – Certifications, Agreements, Assurances; – GSAXcess Access Request Form; and – Provide a digital picture for the identification card
