Penglai Jutal Offshore Engineering [PJOE] is a fabricator specialized in upstream structures for the international mining and oil and gas industry based in China.

The company has fabricated a wide range of prod-ucts from jackets to modules and offshore heavy lift cranes to semi-submersible hull’s.

We offer a multi discipline work force able to handle the tasks as welding, painting and blasting, E&I, piping, insulation, architectural, machining and completion work.

We have handled a wide range of materials from normal carbon steel, duplex, super duplex, stain-less steel, 690 materials, aluminum, cupper nickel, PVC, GRP, PE and PP.We are used to work with best in class QA, QC and HSE systems ensuring top quality products for your projects.

As a company we are offering cost effective fabri-cation with a team used to work with international clients. Our client base includes international oper-ating companies like ROC Oil, Modec, GustoMSC, NOV AmClyde, Bergesen Worldwide Offshore APL, Aker Solutions, COSL, Hyundai Moon, CNOOC, ConocoPhillips, CPMM, Saipem with most of them with repeat orders.

Projects have been executed and timely delivered for over 62,000 Ton each and requesting the input of multi disciplines workforce.

In-house available engineering is able to fully sup-port all our fabrication contracts.Some of our projects demanded the successful supply of a full solution with examples as offshore installation, pre-cast concrete elements or harbor caissons to complement the client requirements.
