TOP TEN REASONS I WANT TO BE A MARY KAY SALES DIRECTOR10. Have you ever seen a Top Director that doesn’t look absolutely SLAMMIN’?! 9. I have come to notice that the Directors always get the coolest prizes and promotions and always know what’s going on and get to try the new products… I want that too!!!8. The Cadillac is just another symbol of how amazing Mary Kay is and I honestly can’t wait to drive one so I can have just another excuse to talk about how fabulous of a company I work for!7. I absolutely positively love my wonderful team members and to be able to be their Director and create new fun challenges and work with them to achieve their wildest dreams is SERIOUSLY one of my deepest desires!6. Growing up in a faith based goal-driven Mary Kay home was the ABSOLUTE best gift that my mom could ever give me and someday I want to be able to provide my family with the exact same thing.5. I want to be able to provide a mentally healthy, emotionally & financially stable environment for my family.4. The income level will allow me to pay off my student loans… that would be just great! Speaking of income… I like nice things… there is no denying this …3. Family is THE most important piece of my life next to my faith and becoming a Director means an income level that allows me to release any other side job I have. This will allow me to always be able to be there for my family whether it is my baby brother’s banquet or spending the day with my Grandpa at the hospital, I will be there!2. I WANT THAT AMAZING CIRCLE OF INFLUENTIAL FRIENDS!!!!!!!1. The absolute number one reason I want to be a Director with Mary Kay is because I have
made it my life mission statement to live my life to inspire others to live a fulfilling life of abundance and I know that the management level of this business is my association to accomplish this!!! (5/10)
