Like – Clicking on the word like will let Others know that you like their post or share their views.
Share – Clicking on the word share gives you the option to send in a private messageTo a friend or place on your personal timelineFor friends to see – this is particularlyUseful for sharing information from a page or group that your friends may not subscribe to
Comment - When you click on the word comment it will expose existing comments and a text box for you to write your comment in. To publish your comment simply press your enter key on your keyboard.

If you do not have your friends list displayed on the right of your screen goTo the bottom right corner and click on the little cog wheel and choose to turn your chat on and also to hide or show the sidebar displaying your friends list
To chat with a friend click on their name in the friends list and a small pop up window appears at the bottom of the screen. Here you can privately text, video chat or even chat with multiple friends at once. You can also send private messages here whether your friend is online or not. When a friend comes online they will receive a notification that there is a message waiting for them in the notification area

To create a group click on your name to take you to your personal timeline page then click on the more tab.
Then click on groups
Click on create a group

Now you can give your group a nameAnd choose settings to best suit yourGroup as well as invite others to your group.
