Along with singing and song-writing, Dan plays the guitar , foot tambourine and stompbox, and often plays with a variety of other musicians, including: violin, bass guitar, lead guitar, percussion and trumpet. Dan also uses a loop machine and voice & guitar processor so that even his solo gigs offer a full concert atmosphere, to dance and sing along to, or rather quietly enjoy, depending upon the event and audience.
