• Protecting doesn’t mean micro-managing, it means to ensure that the line is a safe-to-fail container strong enough for safety, flexible enough to evolve and adapt to team needs.

• let’s assume this is for a project

• let’s assume that we will try to follow more agile rules than a strict scrum methodology just to put the methodology out of the debate

• scrum teams should be able to interact with each other in a scrum of scrums manner

• customer, SMEs, sponsor should be close enough to leave required informations but not too close to avoid disruption

• Product Owner and Scrum masters are buffering the relation between delivery teams and stakeholders
