Once signed on behalf of Disney Store USA, LLC, and/or its affiliates and/or its authorized sublicensors ("Disney") this document may be presented to the Customs authority at the port of export from the country specified above where the manufacturing facility is located and at the port of entry in the country specified as the territory where the Merchandise may be sold to confirm Disney's authorization of shipments of the Merchandise identified above. This Authorization shall expire on the first to occur of the following: (1) the passage of 3 years from the date set forth below, (2) the expiration or termination of the applicable agreement between Licensee/Vendor and Disney, or, (3) the termination of the Authorization by Disney.
