GTG Existing Contracts – Highlights ORYX GTL Currently, GTG is handling the ORYX cleaning services requirement for both Ras Laffan and Doha offices. GTG providing 56 staff to handle the daily cleaning requirements of both facilities. GTG ensure that we are serving them with our best, and meeting if not surpass ORYX expectations.

Asian Cup Qatar 2011 Delivers Legacy for Gulf Tandeel Group The AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2011, featured 16 of the best teams in Asia, vied for a truly international title of being the Asian Cup 2011 Champion. The teams took different paths to the Finals with six of them, including hosts Qatar, not taking part in the qualifiers. Ten sides took the qualifying route, thrilling millions of fans across the world. With a highly successful deployments at the 2011 Asian Cup , a first in Middle East Countries, GTG deployed a 400 uniformed ushers/staff daily in all the venues during the 18 days run of the event totaling to almost 1,400 staff. Built and managed by Ezdan Real Estate, a Diamond sponsor of Arab Games Doha 2011, the Athletes’ Village facility provides luxury accommodation and first-class sport facilities, the ideal environment for athletes and officials to prepare, rest and relax during the regional multisport event which was held from December 9th-23rd. Designed to house up to 9,500 people, the four compounds within the Athletes’ Village consist of fully-furnished residential units, including 4-bedroom villas, 3-bedroom row houses, 2-bedroom townhouses, and studios. All housing facilities are complete with basic amenities, as well as housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services.
GTG provided a total of 100 staff every day to handle the full maintenance and housekeeping services of the whole compound to make the stay of all the athletes at home away from home, and staying in a dirt free and comfortable house.

Following the successful deployment in 2011 AFC and Arab games, GTG once again given a chance to be part of the one of the most important sport event here in Qatar. The 24th Men’s handball world championship was held in three big locations here in Qatar, Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiya, Lusail Multipurpose Hall and Duhail handball sports hall. GTG has deployed and managed the ticket selling activities in all the venues, GTG deployed around 50 staff daily during the 18 days run of the event.
