The Livsey Elementary School campus consists of two buildings located at 4137 Livsey Road in Tucker, Georgia. The original campus was constructed in 1971 and a gymnasium building was constructed in 2003. In addition to the buildings, the campus contains a storage building, covered walkways, playgrounds, and playfield. This report contains condition and adequacy data collected during the 2010/2011 Facility Condition Assessment (FCA). Livsey Elementary School opened in 1971 as a neighborhood school for students in grades PK through 5th. The

school has Discovery and special education programs as well as the standard elementary curriculum. The county

built the school on land deeded by James McEvaney Livsey around the turn of the century, and includes a large

common-use sporting field. The school has not been significantly renovated since 1971.
