6 Circuit Gallery 18/03/2016 VI semester students

7.Ms. Apeksha K & Ms. Apoorva A G of VI Semester, EC participated in “ENVISION-16”, a techno cultural fest organized by SIT, Valachil, Mangalore. They competed in the National level technical paper presentation competition on 17th February 2016 and bagged first prize based on the topic Image Processing.

8.“SAMBHRAM-16”, a techno cultural fest organized by Shree Devi Institute of Technology, Mangalore. 23 Students from EC department participated in the national level inter-college competition technical paper presentation competition on 23rd Febrauary 2016 based on the topic recent trends in EC. Ms. Apeksha K & Ms. Apoorva A G of VI Semester, EC bagged first prize in technical paper presentation competition. Raksha Y S & Prathiksha C Rai bagged first prize in the Beta Matlab Programming event.

9.Ms. Apeksha K & Ms. Apoorva A G of VI Semester, EC participated in “Aakriti-16”, a techno cultural fest organized by Canara Engineering College, Mangalore. They competed in the National level technical paper presentation competition on 19th February 2016 based on the topic Face recognition using LBP and processed histogram method. Ms.Poojitha V, Ms. Sinchana Poojary B & Ms. ShruthiA S of IV Semester, Mr. Raghavendra Bhandary B & Ms. Sujna Rai K of VI Semetser, EC also participated in various competitions.

10.Ms. Raksha Y S, Sahana, Mr. Yathiraj & Mr. Puneeth Kumar VI Semester, EC participated in “ENVISION-16”, a techno cultural fest organized by Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangalore. They competed in National level Technical competitions held on 17th Febrauary 2016 on the topic recent trends in E&C.

11.Mr. Jayashama & Mr. Jayarama N of VI Semester, EC participated in “TCS Tech bytes”, a technical fest organized by SIT, Valachil, Mangalore and bagged 2nd place. They competed in National level technical quiz competition held on 1st March 2016 based on the topic recent trends in E&C.

12.Ms. Ahana Rai & Ms. Sinchana B Poojary IV Semester, EC participated in “ENIGMA-16”, a technical fest organized by Malnad College Engineering, Hassan. They competed in National level technical paper presentation competition on the topic recent trends in E&C - Under-water Wireless Communication held on 5th March 2016.

13.Mr. Puneeth Kumar A S & Mr. Yathiraj N of VI Semester EC participated in “IEINITTE-2016”, State level technical paper presentation & project model exhibition on Emerging and sustainable technology for successful accomplishment of National programme “Make in India”. They presented a paper on Live human detecting robot using android application and Bluetooth held on 5th March 2016 and secured 1st

prize.
