The following screenshots show examples of what candidates will see.

Departments may distribute a custom URL to candidates so they arrive at the department’s customized page directly.

Search Screen – Generic Version:

•The example shown here is a demonstration of an non custom search page.

•Lists all open postings across all departments.

•Search bar will return results that match reference numbers, position titles and departments.

•Departments may choose to customize their searches with a banner graphic, welcome text and links in the navigation bar.

•The example shown here is a demonstration of the customization.

•Only positions for the department are listed.

Viewing a Posting:

•Customized version is shown.

•This page displays the position title, date posted, reference number and description.

•The candidate is given options to login or register if they wish to apply -or- If they are logged in already they will simply click apply (not shown).

•If the candidate has already applied, their application status is displayed (not shown).

New Candidate Registration Confirmation Screen:

The registrant must open the email and click the link inside to validate their registration. • Prevents fake registrations.• Confirms correct e-mail.

Candidate Post Application Tracking:

•Lists postings that candidate has applied for.

•Indicates application status and date applied in addition to clickable link to the position detail.

Administration:

Main page lists all applications entered for departments that you are allowed to administer.

Application Review:

•Candidate detail and position applied for is shown in top section.

•Bottom Section contains the list of previous reviews and the review form.

•Section for personal notes that are hidden from other users.

Manage Postings:

•Listing of all current and expired postings.

•Users only see the postings for the departments that they are allowed to manage.

Create/Edit Postings:

•Simple form to create or edit postings.

•Previous positions may be reused to save time.

•Postings automatically stop accepting applications when expiration date passes.

Create/Manage Users:

•Users are added by NetID.

•Administrative users may only add users to the departments that they are allowed to manage.

•Access control is designated by simply checking the appropriate boxes for each department.

• Improves coordination between reviewers.

• Tracking database will retain an archive of completed searches and activity for reporting.

• Capable of handling all SAS searches and beyond.
