When you lose weight due to losing water, the weight lose is definitely temporary because your body will rehydrate and then the pounds just come right back.

They usually sell their own brands to you at quite a high cost. One problem, besides the extra expense, is that your body

2. The next problem with fad diets is that they can be very restrictive and not very satisfying.

This makes it difficult to stick to the diet due to the cravings that you will encounter.

These cravings can lead you to fall of your diet. No big deal but it can hurt your self esteem.

You may feel you just do not have the willpower to make the diet work.

You decide to just give up your diet because you think that you cannot stick to it.

3. Even if you do not fall off your diet and lose a bunch of weight, your food cravings that you had during the diet will more than likely cause you to fall back to your old eating habits.

You go out and eat what you were craving. You gain your weight back and then you go back on your diet to lose it again.

This creates a viscous cycle and leads to yo-yo dieting.

Yo-Yo dieting is not healthy and will likely cause you to gain weight over the long term.

Fad diets will likely just cost you money and not have the long term effects that you are truly looking for.

If you want to lose weight you should eat a balanced healthy diet and get exercise.
