NEW FACILITY COMPLETE “PRAISE THE LORD” is all I can say about what the Lord has accomplished through our Faith Family! It was not easy but God did it!!! It started with the signing of the contract. (Thanks to those who prayed!) Then, we were able to complete it in three weeks total. Afterwards, we had our Moving Celebration Service on Feb. 11th. We have already had 8 new visitors and 3 who had quit coming for a while to return. Our vision is becoming much more real as we have the main sanctuary, 3 Sunday School classrooms (which are also used for our children’s program on Wednesdays), a nursery, a kitchen, a fellowship room, 3 bathrooms, and offices for Adam and I! MINISTRY IMPROVEMENTS It was a perfect time to be able to revamp our ministries and make improvements where necessary. My goal is continue to look to improve — and that’s my philosophy in my personal relationship with God as well. We were able to accomplish that first by looking for leaders to delegate. There were many positions to fill and have been for the most part! Also, I was able to get each of them to go through our Foundations Class so that everyone understands what the main principles of God’s Word teaches and how they should live their Christian lives. One of our most important ministries is the outreach ministry, so I put a re-emphasis on Grace Outreach, a ministry Dr. Bruce Barnes helped us start a couple years ago. We had run out of room, especially in our children’s ministries, so we had halted our efforts to an extent until moving. I’m so thankful we have geared this back up to full throttle! SPECIAL THANKS In our previous newsletter, I expressed our needs for the renovation and preparation for our next move when we build our own church. Well, the Lord has used two anonymous givers in a special way. One was for $1,000 and the other was $10,000!!! We are now at $32,000 for our land fund! God is good!!!
