Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading registration is March 8 and March 10 in Building 3. The cost is $65.00 to have your child participate in one of the greatest ministries we have at Faith. If you are looking for an outlet for your child’s energy, look no further than this year’s Upward season. From March 22 through May 17, we will be having practices and games that will teach your child teamwork and sportsmanship. However, the greatest thing is that we incorporate teaching about God and His great love while coaching them in football and cheerleading. Sign your child up and let all the neighborhood kids know as well.

24 Hour Free Throw Madness Featuring Pastor Josh Dryer

Purpose - Faith Kids is raising money for BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge) to provide pastors and church leaders with resources they need to effectively share the gospel.

In Eastern Europe, many pastors’ bookshelves are mostly empty and do not have any sermon preparation, church growth, counseling or leadership resources in their heart language. How can pastors plant churches and lead congregations without the resources to develop and learn?

With the money given, BGMC will provide these church leaders with Kindle devices packed full of theology books, pastoral reading material, and a Bible in their language to help train them as they lead God’s people.

Our prayer is that these pastors’ digital libraries will be packed full with resources they need to help them further the gospel message to the unreached people of Eastern Europe.

How you can help – Pastor Josh will be shooting free throws for 24 hours March 7 at 3:00 p.m. through March 8 at 3:00 p.m. The goal is to make 10,000 free throws in that 24-hour period. You can donate money per free throw he makes, per shot he shoots, or give a one-time donation. Visit Freethrowmadness.com to make your pledge and for more info!

Men With Tools MWT is a ministry that assists people in our church as well as in our community by providing labor for light repairs, plumbing, and painting. Our meeting this month will take place on Saturday, March 15. Bring your tools and join us for breakfast in the Fellowship Hall at 8:00 a.m. We’ll pair up at 9:00 a.m. and proceed to our work areas. Even if you don’t have a lot of experience, we will partner you with someone who does. It’s a great opportu-nity to learn while you serve.

If you are in need of assistance for light repairs or know someone who is, please fill out a work request at the Information Counter in the lobby and we will contact you to schedule the work. We do request that you provide the necessary materials for your repair and we’ll provide the labor at no charge.
