We are excited for another wonderful year here at The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort. The resort team, along with your Board of Directors, continues to enhance the overall vacation experience at your Home Resort in order to better give you the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends.

Whenever you want to take advantage of the travel flexibility your vacation ownership provides, there is a variety of new villa resorts in great locations, as well as new vacation options for you to enjoy, which you’ll read about in the following pages.

Resort Update RESORT ENHANCEMENTSWe are committed to making our facilities, amenities and services accessible to Guests with disabilities. For this reason four new ADA-compliant pool lifts have been installed throughout the pool areas and a portable pool lift is also available. There are two lifts at the infinity pool, one at the upper level pool and one at the quiet pool in Phase 4. The portable lift is also at the Quiet Pool at Phase 4.

The next time you come to the towel hut to pick up a pool towel you will notice that they have been replaced with new towels featuring the Westin® logo.

Maintaining the beauty of the swimming pools is very important, so the infinity pool will be closed for resurfacing Aug. 15 to Sept. 30. During this time, the zero-entry pool, the upper deck pool and children’s pool will be available for your enjoyment. Beachfront lounge chairs and food and beverage service beachside and at the pools remain available.

While relaxation is sure to be at the top of your to-do list, you can still keep your fitness routine on track at the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, which is receiving new equipment by the end of June.

VILLA ENHANCEMENTSKeeping your villas in top condition is always a priority, so we’re happy to report that all villas will receive new carpet and sofa beds by Oct. 31.

For your comfort, the balcony furniture for all villas will be replaced with new chairs and tables. The estimated completion date is by the end of October.

AMENITIESYou spoke and we listened. We’re please to share that based on suggestions from Owners and Guests, we now proudly serve Starbucks® coffee at Tierra Market.

RESORT EXPERIENCEWe are excited to have added a new themed cultural experience, Mayan Night. Every Saturday enjoy the region’s authentic culture through a vibrant dinner show featuring regional cuisine and musical performances.

THE WESTIN RESORT & SPA, CANCÚNThere’s now a new vacation option in Cancún with the renovation of The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancún. The extensive refurbishment of its recreation and public spaces also included the transformation of one building of hotel rooms to 44 stylish studio and two-bedroom villas. Boasting expansive water views, the resort features a brand-new sports bar and restaurant under the direction of renowned chef Neptali Haringthon. The updated Terrace and Lagoon Pool offers exceptional views of the Nichupte Lagoon where you can relax or catch a ride on the new Flowrider®. As we plan to convert to more villas over time, The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancún, makes an ideal location for your next vacation.

SHERATON STEAMBOAT RESORT VILLASDue to Owner demand at Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas — the only full-service ski-in, ski-out property in world-famous Steamboat Springs, Colorado — we converted the remaining hotel guest rooms to villas, bringing the total to 181 studio, two- and three-bedroom villas. This alpine retreat situated at the base of Steamboat Ski Mountain features a heated outdoor pool, full-service spa, rooftop terrace with outdoor whirlpool spas, and an 18-hole golf course. We’re also pleased to share that the resort is now open year-round, allowing Owners even more opportunity to enjoy all that this resort and area have to offer.

SHERATON LAKESIDE TERRACE VILLAS AT MOUNTAIN VISTA

We are excited to announce that Lakeside Terrace has become part of the Sheraton® family and has been renamed Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista. Through the resort’s scheduled renovation plan, Owners and Guests now enjoy fresh and modern decor and furnishings, granite countertops, new flooring, an upgrade from queen- to king-size Sheraton beds in a majority of the guest rooms, and other beautiful enhancements. Located at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in Avon, Colorado, these stylish two-bedroom villas create an ideal retreat to experience year-round adventures.

SHERATON KAUAI RESORTSituated on 20 acres on Kaua‘i's southern shoreline, Sheraton Kauai Resort offers immediate access to the pristine white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters of Po‘ipū Beach. We are currently in the process of transitioning many Garden Wing hotel rooms to villas, as well as making enhancements throughout the resort. Whether you choose to enjoy the oceanfront freshwater pool from a private bungalow, the authentic on-site ‘Auli‘i Lū‘au or the many island adventures surrounding you, Sheraton Kauai Resort is a desirable retreat on the Garden Isle. The first phase of work is scheduled to debut in early 2019. Until then, Owners can continue to access this resort through the SPG® program.

BAJA POINT AT THE WESTIN LOS CABOSApril 2018 marks the one-year anniversary of the reopening of The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa. Additionally, we acquired the remaining inventory at the adjacent property (formerly Grand Regina) and have included it as a “resort within the resort” named Baja Point at The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa. The 32 two- and three-bedroom villas at Baja Point, all of which feature balcony whirlpool spas, are being refurbished to Westin® brand standards and added to the resort inventory to provide even more availability for our Owners to travel to this highly sought-after destination.

Go to your Dashboard page, click “View Statement & Make Payment” on the “Owners Association” widget, then click “Pay Now.” From the “Maintenance Fee Detail” page, select “Pay from a Bank Account,” or select a different payment option you’d prefer.

To pay for another VOI, select the specified VOI from the “Ownership Selection Tool” drop-down menu at the top of the “Maintenance Fee Detail” page and you will be returned to your “Owners Association” page with your newly selected VOI auto-populated in the “Select VOI to View” field, then click the “Pay Now” button. Repeat as necessary.
