• Develop one new initiative to better serve students during peak (Nov. – Jan.)
• 90 min break out in clusters
• Present survey information from staff and students
• Find (1) one initiative that as a group you can facilitate immediate changes for the next peak period.
• Develop a strategy that can be implemented college-wide that will make a better experience for students and/or staff during the next peak period.
• Write up your conclusion for presentation after the afternoon cluster meetings.
