Odyssey of the Mind (OOTM)

If you missed or were unable to attend the Information Meeting about OOTM on Oct. 7, the recording of the meeting is HERE.

I’m excited about all the interest in having students participate in this year’s program! Now, we need to secure coaches at those

schools. When I’m asked if a particular school has a team, the answer is…. “not yet!” This is where you can help. If you are interested in

being a coach, or know someone who is, we need your help! Once we have identified a coach, then we can recruit students to be on that

team. Each team may have up to 7 students. Coaches are employed by the school district and will receive a stipend. You may apply for the

coach position at WECAN (wisc.edu) Vacancy #123951. Please apply by October 13, if possible.

If you are unable to be a coach, maybe you know someone who is! If so, your help in contacting them is appreciated. The more coaches we

have, the more students we’ll be able to match up with a team! For more information, please contact Laura Schlichting at

[email protected] or 715-852-3070.
