Interpretation
From the table it is clear that the 72% of sample respondents belong to general category. It also
shows that almost of 70% of the women have access to employment of more than 140 days in a
year. Therefore, it can be concluded that women have fair access to employment.

Interpretation
From the table no. 4.2 it is gauged that women who belong to general category contribute
more in the household income as compared to women who belong to backward class. It
reflects that maximum contribution is done by 47% of women whose income of Rs.3000-
4000 per month and women who earn above Rs.4000 per month contribution is 30%.

Interpretation
From the table no. 4.3 it is clear that about 34% of women own house as well as land which is
indeed a great sign of development in status of women. Therefore it is evident through the
inclusion of microfinance in lives of women they possess better access to control over resources
earlier of which they were diploid of.

Interpretation
From the table it can be concluded that womens participation in household financial decision
making has increased considerably as 47% of women takes the household financial decisions
independently and almost 32% takes decisions jointly. This reflects they have a better say in
decision making.

Interpretation
From the table it is clear that the 72% of sample respondents belong to general category. It shows
in totality 61% of womens saving in bank account is on irregular basis and 26% on regular
basis. Albeit more deposits are made on irregular basis but still it is a healthy sign.

Interpretation
It can be observed form the table that out of 78 General category women 27 do not
travel to other village and only 18 women visit the nearby villages and towns.
There are 11 women who do not even go out from the home.

Interpretation
From the table it is clear that albeit there is a increase in confidence of women but
it is not upto the desired level as 41% of women falls in less confident category. So
it can be concluded that women there exist a hitch in women in visiting markets
freely for purchase of raw material and household goods.

Interpretation
From the table it is gauged that only 29% of women have more ability to raise
voice against social exploitation which is less as compared to 33% of women who
are not confident. Therefore it can be concluded that many women lack the ability
to raise voice against social exploitation.

From the table it is clear that there is a drastic change in the attitude of women towards educationof girls. On a whole 71% of women possess positive attitude towards education of girls which
includes 51 % of general class and 20% of backward class. It is indeed a great sign towards
development.

Interpretation
Most of the women from the general category 50% women participate occasionally in the 23%
women never participate in the domestic matters. The condition is worse in the case of backward
women. 74% of the backward women either dont participate in the family matters or participate

From the table it is gauged that 71% of women use their right of cast the votes out of which 71%

Interpretation
There is a mix result came about the awareness of the women about the local and national
parties. 21 % women have no awareness about the parties whether 20% only know about the
village sarpanch. 45% of the women recognize the sarpanch CM, PM and other national levelministers.
