FASTag Indenting Process

Step 1 : VLE’s will open https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/ and click at login button

Step 2 : Enter CSC ID and Password

Step 3 : Click at service. Enter fastag in search and Service will appeared. Click at Fastag Service

Step 4 : VLE opens Equitas portal and clicks on “Login with Digital Seva Connect”

Step 5 : VLE enters his login ID and password & clicks on “Sign In”

Step 6 : VLE would be able to view the Dashboard

Step7 : VLE to enter the tag order quantity. Currently VLEs can order only for one vehicle class – “Cars, Jeeps, Tata Ace (4 wheels – Violet Tag). VLEs should order minimum of 5 tags and maximum number of tags that can be ordered in one go is 50 tags

Step 8 : VLE enters the delivery address to which Tags should be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ADDRESS SHOULD BE COMPLETE POSTAL ADDRESS WITH CORRECT PIN CODE AS THE FASTAG WILL BE SENT BY COUIER TO YOU

Step 9 :VLE would be redirected for payment of the issuance amount

NOTE THAT Rs 200.00 NON REFUNDABLE AMOUNT WILL BE COLLECTED FROM YOUR WALLET FOR PURCHASE OF FASTAG

Step 10 :VLE to authenticate the transaction basis the wallet PIN and click on Pay

Step 11 : Post successful authentication the VLE would get a success response

Step 12 : The tag request would then come to Equitas HO. Basis the location the tags would be packed VLE wise and sent to the mapped regional office/hub of CSC SPV.

The regional office/Hub of CSC SPV would in turn distribute the tags to the respective CSCs’.

PLEASE NOTE YOU COULD CALL YOUR LOCAL DM AFTER 3 DAYS TO ENQUIRE ON THE STATUS OF THE FASTAG

Step 13: Upon receipt of tags the CSC regional/Hub and the VLE’s to login into the portal and acknowledge the receipt of the tags.

Pls Note : Without acknowledging the tags the VLE’s would not be able to issue tags. The below mentioned screenshot attached for reference.

Note: VLE should NOT issue tags to customers without entering the customer data in the portal for any unauthorised use VLE will be held liable

Step 1 : VLE fills up the customers details in the Application Form.Fast Tag

Step 2 : VLE clicks on the “Issuance Tab”

Step 4 : VLE enters the OTP sent to the registered mobile number of the customer

Step 5 : Enter the vehicle details of the customer and upload the scanned image of the RC copy.

Step 6 : Confirm the “Vehicle Number” and the “Vehicle Type” and Click on “Proceed”

Step 7:VLE would be redirected for payment of the issuance amount

PLEASE NOTE ONLY Rs 300.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM VLE WALLET, WERE AS THE VLE WILL COLLECT Rs 500.00 FROM THE CUSTOMER

(VLEs to handover the tags to the customers only after the status is “Successful”; in case the status is failure or blank tags should not be handed over to the customer)

FASTag Issuance Process(Existing Customer)

Step 1 : VLE opens Equitas portal and clicks on “Login with Digital Seva Connect”

Step 2 : VLE enters his login ID and password & clicks on “Sign In”

Step 5 : Click on the red color “Issuance” ; a pop-up screen will appear . Enter the registered mobile number of the customer.

Step 6 : Enter the vehicle details of the customer and upload the scanned image of the RC copy.

FASTag Recharge Process

PLEASE NOTE IT IS ADVISBLE TO ASK THE CUSTOMER TO RECHARGE THE WALLET AS THE BALANCE IN THE FASTAG IS ONLY Rs 100/- AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE

Step 1 : VLE to click on the “Recharge Tab” and Enter the mobile number of the customer

Step 2 : Enter the Recharge amount and click on “Submit”

Standard Procedure for FASTag Affixation

Don’ts Don’t paste FASTag on dirty/wet glass surface.

If original adhesive is insufficient, return the FASTag and get it replaced.

Don’t use cello tape/any supplementary adhesive to affix FASTag.

Don’t try to peel off and reposition FASTag

Don’t Issue tags to customers without entering the customer data in

the portal
