Described as a passionate, disruptor, trend setting creative visionary, Fabrice brings with him 25 years of experience in world class food and beverage operations including Hotel de Crillon Paris, Four Seasons, Starwood and Hyatt. In the last 10 years prior to his founding F +B Consulting, Fabrice was The Hyatt Group's Regional Director Food and Beverage, and he led AccorHotels's Food and Beverage department as Global Head, where he redefined and implemented the groups' F&B business strategy and restaurants and bars concepts. Fabrice was a part of the innovation team that created the new lifestyle brand So Sofitel, a new hostel brand as well as all the strategic planning of existing brands.Fabrice graduated in hospitality studies in France specializing in cuisine and service. He pursued further his studies with an Executive MBA in Hospitality Management and Services with honors in Strategic Business and International Finance, Asset Management, Marketing Brand Management .
