    2 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

    The Operator Station shall be based on standard off-the-shelf workstation hardware running on a

    Windows based operating system. Vijeo Citect is using full 32 bit (65 million) colors. For

    integration with existing Historian we use Matrikon OPC Server client for ODBC. This OPC server

    is using for logging data to SQL Server.

    2.1 SCADA System Architecture

    SCADA System centralizes in Soka Office. All parameter in all stations can be monitor in CentralMonitoring room SCADA at Soka Office.

    2.2 Teras Station Existing System Architecture

    An existing system at Teras is Infilink HMI and AllenBradley SLC-500 PLC. PLC System is not

    redundant. And communication to PLC is RS485 using protocol DH+.
