    The Chemcut Model 936 Web Filtering System efficiently removes metal fines, brush particles, oils and other contaminates from coolant and rinse water used in mechanical cleaning and finishing systems. The Model 936 controls water pollution as fines and particles are trapped in the filter paper for easy and cost effective disposal. The filtered water can then be reused in the process reducing water consumption considerably.

    Operation Filtering is accomplished with a filtering media that advances automatically from its supply roll as it becomes saturated with trapped particles. When the roll is depleted, the web stops and the system is shut down automatically. A new roll can be installed in less than 5 minutes. Water is automatically added to the system to compensate for loss due to evaporation. The machine’s interlocks guard against fluid overflow. The spent filtering media is collected in a receptacle for easy disposal.
