Dear Mr. & Mrs. Doe:
It has come to our attention that a vehicle identified as belonging to your unit, is consistently occupying designated visitor parking space(s). Please be advised that only visitors may park in the visitor spaces as provided by in the parking policy for Baltimore Ravens Condominium Inc., as detailed herein. Section 8B Visitor Parking: No vehicle owned or operated by unit owners or residents including overflow cars shall be permitted to be parked or stored neither in areas designated as “visitor parking” nor in parking spaces provided for neighboring communities. Overflow vehicles can be parked along Mainway Blvd., the entrance road to the community.
We realize that you may have been unaware that you were violating a community covenant before this notice, and are not intentionally disregarding the regulations of the community. Now that you have been made aware, we ask that you refrain from parking resident owned vehicles in the visitor parking spaces going forward. Please be aware that future improper parking incidents of this nature which occur after April 25, 2014, could result in further actions being taken, including a potential hearing before the Board of Directors and possible fines.
As always, should you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact our offices. We will be more than happy to assist you in further understanding your community’s covenants in more detail. We thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. Adherence and compliance with established policies helps maintain an attractive and enjoyable community for all.

You must cease parking your vehicle in visitor parking immediately. Failure to comply by April 25, 2014 will result in additional action being taken which could lead to fines on your account. Your compliance is necessary and expected.
