and our gover nment does not have our best i nt er est at heart ( as

shown by t he i nept i t ude di spl ayed i n t he At l ant a St or m of 2014)

we of al l peopl e know how t o r i se up and over come anyt hi ng.

The peopl e t hat I ve met i n t he f r eedom movement ar e greatexampl es of def eat i ng t he di vi de and conquer st r ategy that has

been used agai nst us f or decades. I have not i ced t hat t he peopl e

who under st and where t hi s count r y came f r om and where i t i s

headed concent r at e more on t he i ssues and sol ut i ons t han bl ami ng

other peopl e or peopl e gr oups f or t he decay.

As an Amer i can of col or I am ver y comf or t abl e around my ot her

brot her s and si st ers i n t he f r eedom movement because we have

common goal s. Some of t hem ar e cl oser t o me t han many i n my own

r ace. I t s about t he agenda. My agenda i s not t o pl ay a bl ame

game or a race card to get my way. I know t hat I have r i ght s but

I al so have r esponsi bi l i t i es and I wi l l t ake car e of my

r esponsi bi l i t i es and l i ve up t o my f ami l y her i t age.

I t hi nk peopl e appr eci at e ot her peopl e wi t h i nt egr i t y and a

sense of common purpose no mat t er what t hei r background. We al l

want t o make l i f e bet t er f or al l t hat have been t r i cked i nt o

hat i ng ot her s because of t hei r r ace, r el i gi on or pol i t i cal

af f i l i at i on.

When I t al k t o peopl e t hat I t hi nk ar e pol i t i cal l y conf used I

don t argue wi t h t hem but I endeavor t o show t hem t he FACTS and

not t he pr opaganda r egar di ng t hei r pol i t i cal deci si ons.

I don t get angr y at t hem because once I was i gnorant and vot ed

democrat based on r ace. Then I was i gnorant and vot ed r epubl i can

based on economi cs. Now, al t hough I don t vot e, I don t j udge

based on what peopl e say they ar e but what I actual l y see. Thi s

causes me t o be l evel headed and not get i n a r age over what

peopl e nat ur al l y do.

J ust l i ke a snake i s nat ur al l y prone t o bi t e an i gnor ant person

i s prone t o argue based on emot i ons and not f act s, so I l eave

t hem al one.
