February 2019 Quota International of Rotorua Club Newsletter Quota International celebrates 100 years of serving our communities 1919-2019 The new year has started well with Quota International clubs world wide celebrating the centennial of our organi- zation. Here in New Zealand we have had a regional lunch at Mills Reef Tauranga and in Rotorua a celebratory dinner at Princes Gate Hotel. The latter was attended by 49 guests including the local Mayor Steve Chadwick who was guest speaker, Region 21 Director Lois Watson from Opo- tiki, visitors from other women’s organizations plus past and present Rotorua Quotarians. Entertainment was by singer Ellis Carrington. The evening was a great success and all enjoyed the buffet dinner provided by the hotel. Co-Presidents Annette Cleghorn & Sally Davis cut the centennial cake.
