• Inbuilt Private message system to send messages to Student and Guardian

• Student PDF reports for profile • View Former students ( archived students) with their results

• Add/Edit/Delete Exams• Setup Exams by Marks and Grades• SMS/Reminder Alerts on Exam Timetable and result

publishing. (If set) • Add Grading levels ( Either Batch specific or Common)

Exam Module

• Exam Wise Reports (PDF and Graphs) [Both Individual & Consolidated]

• Subject wise Reports (PDF and Graphs) • Option to group exams for Final report • Grouped Exam Reports (PDF and Graphs) • Compare Previous Year Results

User module

• All Students/Employees can login to system with username & password

• Forgot Password feature available• Limit access to users on modules

Timetable module

• Advanced Timetable creation with drop down interface( just drop the subjects to the periods)

• Assigning teachers for each period if HR module enabled.• Timetable checks for virtually everything so that it avoids

period clashes.• Add Weekdays (Working days)• Add Class Timings (Common or Batch Specific)• View Institutional timetable for the day at a glance

Attendance Module

• Mark Attendance for each student • Options for forenoon and afternoon attendance marking• Attendance reports (Overall or Monthly) with filtering options• PDF reports available

Calendar module

• Calender shows the entire events (like holidays, special event etc)

• New Events can be added with advanced specific controls like for specific batch or course or employee department

• Options to choose whether SMS is to be sent or not.

Reminder and News module

• Sent reminders to each student / employee /department / batch / course.

• Post news about the institution• View Inbox / Sent messages• Mark as unread option

Finance module
