Can be used to see all students or individual students

View students using Registration Tab

• If selecting ALL students, a listing of all students placed with providers will appear.

• To print the list, choose File – Print or highlight all student information, then right mouse click and print.

• You may click on “Edit” next to any student listed to view additional information, or you may search for individual students using the directions on the screen shown in the previous slide.

View students using Search Tab

Can be used to view students or create a spreadsheet or report. You must select the “School Info” tab before choosing “Find Records” (see arrows.) You may choose “Quick Edit/Export” after student records appear.

• After choosing “Quick Edit/Export Spreadsheet”, you may select which fields you would like to include in your report, then preview and print it.
