• Self-employed persons are required to have either:

– relevant experience that will make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada or;

– experience in farm management and the intention and ability to purchase and manage a farm in Canada.

INVESTOR CLASS CRITERIA

An investor is a foreignnational who:

• has business experience in a “qualifying business”;

• has a legally obtained net worth of at least $800,000; and

• indicates in writing to an officer that they intend to, or have made, an investment of CDN $400,000.
