A Law to authorise the issue from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Ekiti St at e the tot al sum of N33,094,911,428.73 (Thirty-three Billion, Ninety-four MILLION, NINE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT NAIRA,

SEVENTY-THREE KOBO) OF WHICH THE SUM OF N1 8,544,295,11 1.05 (EIGHTEEN BILLION, FIVE

HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR MILLION, TWO HUNDRED AND NINETY-FIVE TlIOUSAND, ONE IIUNDRED AND ELEVEN NAIRA, FIVE KOBO) ONLY IS FOR RECURRENT EXPENDITURE AND THE BALANCE OF

N 14,550,616,317.68 (fourteen billion, five hundred and fifty million, six hundred AND SIXTEEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTEEN NAIRA, SIXTY-EIGHT KOBO) IS FOR

Enacted by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria:

1.—(1) The Accountant-General of Ekiti State shall, when authorised to do so by warrants issued by the Commissioner charged with the responsibility for Finance and Budget pay out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Ekiti State during the financial year ending 31st day of December, 2007, the sums specified by the warrants, not exceeding in the aggregate N33,094,911,428.73 (Thirty-three Billion, Ninety-four Million Nine Hundred and Eleven Thousand, Four Hundred and Twenty Eight naira, seventy three Kobo) only.

Issue and appropriation ofN33,094,9ll, 428,73 from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for2007.

(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) of this Section shall be appropriated Schedule, to heads of expenditure as specified in the Parts A and B of the Schedule to this Law.

(3) No part of the amount aforesaid shall be issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Ekiti State after the end of the year mentioned in subsection (I) of this section.

2. All amounts appropriated under this Law shall be released from the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Ekiti State only for the purpose specified in the Schedule to this Law.
