Welcome to the FedEx Corporation 2010 Investors and Lenders Meeting.

On behalf of the senior management at FedEx Corporation, we want to thank you for attending

this meeting to get an update on the strategic positioning of the company and the progress

Alan B. Graf, Jr., is executive vice president and chief financial officer of FedEx Corp. His responsibilities include all aspects of the corporation’s global financial functions, including financial reporting and planning, treasury, tax, accounting and controls, internal audit and corporate development.

Before FedEx Corp. was formed in 1998, Graf served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of FedEx Express. He joined the company in 1980 as a senior financial analyst and has held management positions throughout the Finance division.

Graf was born in Evansville, Ind. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business admin-istration from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he is a member of the Academy of Alumni Fellows. He serves on the board of directors for NIKE, Inc., Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc., and Methodist Healthcare. He is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Kelley School of Business, is a trustee for the University of Memphis Herff Trust and serves as president of the University of Memphis Athletic Scholarship Fund.

Frederick W. Smith is chairman, president and chief executive officer of FedEx Corporation. He is a strong advocate of free and fair trade, open skies and energy policy reform. Most recently, he has advocated for vehicle energy-efficiency standards including electri-fication of short-haul transportation, and improved energy security.

Smith has served on the boards of several large public companies and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Mayo Foundation Boards. He is a board member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is co-chairman of the Energy Security Leadership Council. He served as chairman of the U.S.-China Business Council and is the current chairman of the French-American Business Council. In addition, Smith received the Circle of Honor Award from the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, the Lone Sailor Award from the U.S. Navy Memorial, the 2010 President’s Award from the Transportation Research Forum, the Marine for Life Award from the United States Marine Corps, the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s John Wooden Global Leadership Award and received the Medal of Honor from the American Chamber of Commerce in France. He is a member of the Aviation Hall of Fame, served as co-chairman of both the U.S. World War II Memorial Project and the campaign for the National Museum of the Marine Corps, was named among the world’s best CEOs by BARRON’S magazine and was CHIEF EXECUTIVE magazine’s 2004 “CEO of the Year.”

Smith attended Yale University, where he earned a B.A. in 1966. He served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1966-1970.

Christine P. Richards is executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of FedEx Corp. She is responsible for ensuring that the corporation’s global activities are in compliance with international, federal, state and local government regulations, and is respon-sible for international and domestic legal, security and government affairs for all FedEx operating companies and subsidiaries.

Richards served as corporate vice president of Customer and Business Transactions before assuming her current position in June 2005. She joined FedEx in 1984 from private practice.

She serves as a trustee for The Dixon Gallery and Gardens in Memphis, on the board of visitors for the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and on the Tennessee State Commission on Access to Justice.

Born in Amityville, N.Y., Richards earned her bach-elor’s degree from Bucknell University and her juris doctorate from Duke University.

T. Michael Glenn is executive vice president of Market Development and Corporate Communications for FedEx Corp. and also serves as president and chief executive officer of FedEx Corporate Services, re-sponsible for all marketing, sales and retail operations functions for all FedEx companies.

Before FedEx Corp. was formed in 1998, Glenn was senior vice president, Worldwide Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate Communications for FedEx Express. In that role, he was responsible for directing all marketing, customer service, employee communi-cations and public relations activities for the world’s largest express transportation company.

Glenn joined FedEx in 1981 and has held management positions in the Sales and Marketing divisions. Prior to joining FedEx, he worked in the sales division of the Dover Elevator Company.

A native of Memphis, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and his master’s degree from The University of Memphis. Glenn cur-rently serves on the board of directors for Renasant Bank, Pentair, Inc., United Way of the Mid-South and Autism Speaks.

David J. Bronczek is president and chief executive officer of FedEx Express, the world’s largest express transportation company. He assumed his current posi-tion in 2000 after serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Bronczek joined FedEx in 1976 and held positions in operations and sales before being named a managing director of operations in 1983. He was named vice president and general manager of Federal Express Canada, Ltd. in 1987 and senior vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region in 1993.

He serves as current chairman of International Air Transport Association (IATA), a board member of the Air Transport Association (ATA), on the board of directors of International Paper, as vice chairman for the board of visitors at University of Memphis and on the board of governors for the National Safe Kids Campaign.

He has also served as general campaign chairman for the United Way of the Mid-South, chairman of Alexis de Tocqueville Society of United Way, and a member of Memphis Tomorrow. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Bronczek graduated from Kent State University in 1976.

Robert B. (Rob) Carter is executive vice president of FedEx Information Services and chief information officer of FedEx Corp. He is responsible for setting technology direction, as well as the corporation’s key applications and technology infrastructure. FedEx applications, advanced networks and data centers pro-vide around-the-clock and around-the-globe support for the product offerings of FedEx. Carter joined FedEx in 1993 and has over 30 years of systems development and implementation experience.

Carter was born in Taiwan. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from the University of Florida and his master’s degree from the University of South Florida. Carter’s professional awards include: Fast Company magazine named #18 on “100 Most Creative People in Business” (2010); Information Week Chief of the Year Award (2000, 2001, 2005); CIO magazine’s 100 Award (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006); and InfoWorld Chief Technology Officer of the Year (2000). Carter is a member of the Saks Inc. board of directors and the University of Florida Foundation board of trustees. He also serves as chairman of the Capital Campaign for the University of Tennessee Hamilton Eye Institute and as a member of the Memphis Riverfront Development Corporation and the LifeBlood Foundation.

William J. Logue was appointed president, FedEx Freight in late 2009 and assumed the chief executive officer responsibilities in the spring of 2010.

A seasoned leader, Bill joined FedEx Express in 1989 through the Flying Tiger acquisition. Bill has held various management positions in the company’s operations area, including senior vice president-U.S. Domestic Ground Operations, senior vice president of Air-Ground and Freight Services, vice president of the Memphis World Hub, and managing director of the Newark Hub.

Prior to his current position, Logue was executive vice president, and chief operating officer, FedEx Express-United States, where he was responsible for FedEx Express Air Operations, Air-Ground and Freight Services, Central Support Services, and Domestic Ground Operations Divisions.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Logue earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, and serves on the board of directors for United Way of the Mid-South and as a member of the American Trucking Associations (ATA) executive committee.

David F. Rebholz is president and chief executive officer of FedEx Ground, a leading small-package ground carrier in North America and the second larg-est operating unit of FedEx Corp. He assumed his cur-rent position in January 2007 and is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company. Prior to joining FedEx Ground, Rebholz was execu-tive vice president, Operations and Systems Support for FedEx Express. His responsibilities included Air Operations, U.S. Air-Ground and Freight Services, U.S. Ground Operations, Customer Service and Central Support Services. In that capacity, he managed nearly half of the corporation’s worldwide employment.

Rebholz began his career with FedEx in 1976 as a part-time employee and moved into management in 1978. In 1982 he became the regional sales director in the company’s Western Region. He was named vice president of Customer Service in 1988 and vice presi-dent of Operations in the Central Region of the United States in 1991. Rebholz was promoted to senior vice president of Global Sales and Trade Services in 1993 and senior vice president of U.S. Ground Operations in 1996. He was appointed executive vice president, Operations and Systems Support, in December 1999. Rebholz is a native of Milwaukee, Wis., and attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Cathy D. Ross is executive vice president and chief financial officer of FedEx Express. Her responsibilities include global strategic and financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and control functions, as well as the FedEx Express business systems and sourcing functions. She manages over 2,000 profes-sionals throughout the U.S., Asia, Europe, Middle East, Canada and Latin America. Ross joined FedEx in 1984 as a senior financial analyst and has held a variety of management positions in the Finance organization.

She serves on the board of directors of Steelcase, Inc., and is a member of the board of directors of the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis. She also serves on the executive board of directors for the National Alumni Association of the University of Memphis.

In 2007, Ross joined other notable women of achieve-ment as a member of the Tennessee Women’s Forum. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Delta Sigma Pi Professional Fraternity and The Links, Incorporated, an organization of African-American women devoted to community service.

A native of Henderson, Tenn., Ross holds an account-ing degree from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.

MICHAELL.DUCKERExecutiveVicePresident&ChiefOperatingOfficerFedExExpress

Michael L. Ducker is executive vice president and chief operating officer for FedEx Express. He leads all customer-facing aspects of the company’s U.S. operations and sets the strategic direction for its inter-national business, spanning more than 220 countries and territories across North America, Latin America & Caribbean, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. He also oversees FedEx Trade Networks and FedEx SupplyChain.

Ducker leads the company’s efforts to open markets, improve customs procedures, and support interna-tional economic policy reforms around the world.

During his FedEx career, he worked eight years in the Asia Pacific region, including four years in Hong Kong as president of the FedEx Express Asia Pacific region. He also led the South East Asia and Middle East regions from Singapore, and served as vice president of Southern Europe, based in Milan, Italy.

Ducker started his career at FedEx in 1975 as a pack-age handler in the company’s Memphis hub.

He applies his extensive global management experi-ence outside of FedEx as well. He serves as chairman of the International Policy Committee and executive board member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as well as a board member of the Coalition of Service Industries and Junior Achievement Worldwide.

Born in Chattanooga, Tenn., he received his MBA from a joint program of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

As senior vice president of Marketing for FedEx, Subramaniam guides the company’s marketing plans and new service opportunities abroad and manages the international customer experience.

Subramaniam believes strongly in the possibilities of globalization and understands the complex and shifting dynamics caused by the explosive growth of economies around the world. The company benefits substantially from his broad outlook and comprehen-sive understanding of the international theater.

Prior to assuming his current position in June 2006, Subramaniam held management positions as presi-dent of FedEx Express in Canada and vice president of Marketing and Communications in Asia. In each capacity, he has proven his commitment to building the brand worldwide.

In 2006, Subramaniam received the 2006 EXCEL award for excellence in communications from the International Association of Business Communicators and the President’s Award from the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Conference Board of Canada, the board of the Toronto Film Festival and the advisory board for the American Chamber of Commerce.

Subramaniam was born in Trivandrum, India. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology. He went on to earn two post-graduate degrees – a master’s in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

DAVIDL.CUNNINGHAM,Jr.President,AsiaPacificRegion(APAC)FedExExpress

David L. Cunningham, Jr., is president of the Asia Pacific Region of FedEx Express. He is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for developing and executing all corporate strategies and operations for the region that includes the North Pacific operations based in Tokyo; the China operations based in Shanghai; and the South Pacific operations based in Singapore. He assumed his current position in November 1999.

Cunningham joined FedEx in 1982 and has held man-agement positions in operations and finance, including managing director of Worldwide Financial Planning in the United States and chief financial officer and vice president of Finance for Asia Pacific.

Cunningham is a member of the U.S. Association of South East Asian Nations (US-ASEAN) Business Council, the National Center for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council, the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the U.S.-China Business Council. In addition he serves on the board of governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Cunningham earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Memphis.

William G. Margaritis is corporate vice president of global communications and investor relations for FedEx Corp. He oversees all reputation management, investor relations, public relations, employee com-munications and social responsibility programs for FedEx and its subsidiaries. He began his FedEx career in 1997 and has led communications efforts for various crises, acquisitions, rebranding initiatives, employee change management programs and new go-to-market strategies.

During Margaritis’ tenure, FedEx has been regularly ranked in the top 10 on the FORTUNE magazine “World’s Most Admired Companies” and “Best Places to Work” lists. Under his leadership, the FedEx com-munications program has been recognized as “best-of-class” in the discipline of reputation management.

Prior to joining FedEx, Margaritis was vice president of Bechtel International, based in London, England and was responsible for managing public relations and marketing communications for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Southwest Asia. Margaritis also has broad experience in government affairs through positions with Occidental Petroleum, the U.S. Secretary of Commerce’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and the Michigan State Senate. He served as deputy direc-tor of the 1984 Reagan-Bush re-election campaign in the State of Michigan.

He is chairman of the Arthur W. Page Society, the preeminent association for senior corporate commu-nications executives, and serves on boards including the Larry King Cardiac Foundation, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Memphis, the We Are Family Foundation and the Board of Counselors for the Council on Public Relations Agencies.

A native of Greece, Margaritis emigrated to the United States with his family at the age of 8. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Michigan State University.

Jill C. Brannon is senior vice president, International Sales of FedEx Services. She is responsible for all international sales activities. Brannon assumed her current position in August 2006 after serving as vice president, International Sales of the company.

With more than 20 years of experience in the transpor-tation industry, Brannon joined FedEx as a director of Worldwide Services. In this role she was responsible for providing global supply chain solutions to the tech-nology industries. She also served as vice president of FedEx Solutions, responsible for the company’s go-to-market sales strategy, analytics, compensation, technology, and sales and customer events.

A native of North Carolina, Brannon graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College. She earned concurrent bach-elor’s degrees in International Business and French and studied abroad in Bandol, France.

Brannon serves on the boards of the US-ASEAN Business Council and the International Children’s Heart Foundation. She is a member of Alliance Française of Memphis, Women in Logistics and the Sales Executive Council Guru Board. She is a strong advocate of free trade and has testified before Congress supporting export and import legislation on behalf of small busi-ness, as well as being the keynote speaker for various seminars focusing on the economic and societal benefits of international trade.

Gene Huang is vice president and chief economist at FedEx. He focuses on corporate economics, enterprise risks, strategic affairs, and the tracking and monitoring of all industries and countries FedEx serves.

Dr. Huang is recognized as one of the leading busi-ness economists in the world. He is a member of the Blue Chip Consensus Panel, the Wall Street Journal Economic Panel, BusinessWeek Magazine’s Business Outlook Panel, and ABC News Economic Panel. He is also an elected member of the Conference of Business Economists (serving as chairman 2009-10), National Business Economic Issues Council, the European Council of Economists, and the Harvard Industrial Economists Group. Additionally, he is an honored pro-fessor at the School of Management, Fudan University in Shanghai, a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council and the St. Louis Fed’s Transportation Council. He is vice president of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) and President of the Economic Club of Memphis.

Viewed as one of the foremost economic forecast-ers, he was profiled in BusinessWeek as its “Most Accurate Forecaster” in 2002. In 2006, The Wall Street Journal ranked him as second among the nation’s top forecasters.

Dr. Huang began his corporate career in 1987 with a Wall Street money management firm and has worked for some of the world’s largest industrial corporations and research institutions. He received his M.A. from Yale University and his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a LL.B. from Fudan University. Dr. Huang is the author of two books on business economics and many articles published in U.S., Japanese, and European economic and policy journals. He is frequently requested by news outlets worldwide for his economic commentary.

Burnetta B. Williams is corporate vice president and treasurer of FedEx Corp. She is responsible for the establishment and execution of all financings for the corporation, the design and development of non-speculative risk programs, as well as global cash management and treasury operations.

Prior to assuming this position in 2007, she served as staff vice president and assistant treasurer. Before the formation of FedEx Corp. in 1998, Williams served in a succession of management positions in the Treasury department of Federal Express. Prior to joining FedEx, Williams was employed as an investment manager at The Equitable Life Assurance Society of America in New York City.

A native of Memphis, Williams earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Yale University and a master’s degree in finance from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She currently serves on the board of directors of The LeBonheur Foundation. She is past treasurer of the Riverfront Development Corporation Board, the Greater Memphis Arts Council Board and Partners in Public Education (PIPE). She is a past financial secretary of the Memphis Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Williams also is an active member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee. She is one of the organizers and a board member of the Triumph Bank in Memphis.

John D. Hartney is staff vice president and assistant treasurer of FedEx Corp. He is responsible for the establishment and execution of all financings for the Corporation, the design and development of non-spec-ulative risk programs, and investment for $13 billion of pension fund assets and $10 billion of 401(k) assets.

Prior to assuming this position in 2007, he held various management positions, including staff director in the Corporate Finance department. He joined Federal Express in 1993 as a cargo handler. Before that, he worked for Prudential Securities, DCNY Futures and Union Planters IBG.

Born in Fairfield, Calif., he grew up in Montana, Ohio, New Mexico and Tennessee; he earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis in 1985 and an MBA from The University of Memphis in 1994. He recently served on the board of Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal School and is a member of the endowment committee at Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.

A. Mickey Foster is staff vice president, Investor Relations for FedEx Corp. He is responsible for all as-pects of the corporation’s investor relations programs. Foster assumed his current position in December 2006.

Prior to joining FedEx, Foster provided strategic direction for the investor programs of ARCO, Pacific Enterprises, Hanson and Millennium Chemicals. He has 25 years experience working with the financial community in investor relations.

A native of Texas, Foster earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s in finance from Texas A&M University. In addition, he received a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California.

Foster is a past chairman of the National Investor Relations Institute, a former president of the Investor Relations Association and a founding and current member of National Investor Relations Institute’s Senior Roundtable.

Rene Bustamante was named staff vice president of Global Cash Management and assistant treasurer in the Treasury Department of FedEx Corp. in 2010. In this position he is responsible for the development and oversight of the corporation’s global cash man-agement structure and activities. He has oversight for all banking services, more than 3,700 bank accounts, over $1.5 billion of short term investments, and foreign exchange and cash flow forecasting for all global regions.

Prior to this post, Bustamante served as staff director of Corporate Finance and held various positions in Finance within the corporation. Before joining FedEx, he was a management consultant for Stone & Webster Management Consultants in Denver and an economics research analyst for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. He also served as an adjunct instruc-tor of Economics for the University of Memphis for 17 years.

He is a graduate of the Leadership Memphis Class of 2009 and received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics, University of Memphis. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from The University of Memphis and an MBA in Corporate and International Finance from the George Washington University. Bustamante is a native of El Salvador.

Stephen D. Hughes is staff director, Investor Relations for FedEx Corp. He has primary responsibility for institutional investors in the western United States and the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, Hughes oversees the company’s quarterly earnings releases, annual proxy distribution and the Investor Relations web site. He has been a member of the FedEx Investor Relations team since 1995.

Hughes joined FedEx in 1982 as a part-time pack-age handler, and later worked as a financial analyst supporting the Human Resources and Finance divi-sions and as a senior financial analyst overseeing the company’s business planning process.

In February 2010, he was named the Best IR Professional in the Airfreight & Surface Transportation industry by buy-side analysts and portfolio managers, according to Institutional Investor Magazine.
