Dear Jr. High Choir Parent,
Each year, the choirs in our school district join together for a celebration of vocal music aimed at exciting
our students and furthering the mission of the arts in Hamilton Southeastern Schools. This year, we are
proud to present our 3rd annual Jr. High Choral Festival on March 15th, 2019 at 7pm Leonard Auditorium
at Hamilton Southeastern High School! Each Jr. High will present a few selections prepared for contest,
join together for two combined performances, and enjoy the educational benefit of working with gifted
clinicians and music teachers who will work with our students during the day and judge them that evening.
We will also be joined by the advanced choirs at HSE High School and the students will be able to watch
them perform prior to concert time that evening.
Each Jr. High teacher will communicate with parents their schools unique schedule, chaperone
expectations, etc. But our ticketing information and fee assignments are all very coordinated. Please see
below:

Festival Fee (per student): $5.00
Dinner Fee (pizza and water): $5.00
T-Shirt (not-required): $5.00

Because seating in Leonard Auditorium is limited, we are asking all parents to folllow these
guidelines for reserving tickets:

2) Click on “Reserve tickets”
Tickets are FREE
Because of capacity concerns, each family can reserve FOUR tickets per student
i. Anyone seated in their own chair must have a reservation
On March 4th, all remaining tickets will be made available to first available
i. Please only reserve what you need!
ii. Please cancel reservations that you no longer need
You will not be admitted to the performance without a reservation
3) Please bring verification of your reservation to present to our ushers on March 15th
4) You’re done!
