and envelope dimensions to P4.15 or 25 degree contact angles.

Direct lube angular contact machine tool spindle bearings.Designed for max speed where radial oil lubrication

Angular Contact Ball Bearings.Manufactured to P4 precision,available in 15 & 25 degree contact angles. Universally ground for full

interchangeable arrangements or as dedicated matched bearing sets.Series available : 7000, 71800, 71900, 7200

BTM Series are manufactured ina back to back arrangementwith 30 or 40 degree contactangles.With a 25% lower bearingheight than the corresponding2344 series they are particularlysuitable for compact designs.With lower axial stiffness andload carrying capacity but muchhigher speed capabilities.This range is also available withceramic balls for ultra-highspeed applications .

Metric Ball Screw SupportBearings.

Sealed Angular ContactBall BearingsFilled with high speed greaseand fitted with non-contactseals these bearings offeroptimum performance in

This range of bearings isparticularly suitable for highload, high rigidity and high

speed applications.For efficient lubrication these

bearings are available with anannular groove and lubricationholes in the outer ring denoted

by (W33) suffix.Ceramic rollers are available onsome sizes for ultra-high speed

applications.

Double Direction Angular ContactThrust Ball Bearings.

Designed to axially locate spindles in bothdirections and typical used in conjunction with

cylindrical roller bearings (N and NN series).Manufactured in 2 designs:

Basic 2344 series and High Speed BTM seriesManufactured to SP, UP and P4C precision class with brass and polyamide cages.

Also with annular groove and oil lubrication holes (W33).2344 series available with 60 degree contact angle and large number of balls provides high axial stiffness

suitable for reasonably high speed applications.
