There Are Two Ways To Receive Your Order:

1. Free Delivery On all hampers to UK mainland addresses. An additional charge will be made for deliveries outside the UK mainland, please ask for details.

2. Free CollectionFrom our Newcastle store on all items, please note fresh food items are available for collection only. You can either collect in person from the Food Hall or with your car from our newly opened customercollection point that’s accessible beside Haymarket Bus Station. The latter is open from 9.00am –8.00pm from Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 7.00pm on Saturday and 10.30am – 5.00pm on Sunday.

Ordering TimesWe recommend that you place your order in good time. Please allow at least 2 working days for us toprocess your order. All orders must be received by Wednesday 17 December to guarantee Christmasdelivery or collection. A specific delivery or collection day can be requested for all orders received byFriday 12 December.

Our selection of luxury hampers are burstingwith festive fare, from elegant luxuries to sumptuous feasts. We also offertraditional favourites such as Christmas puddings, handmade mince pies,fine wines, carefully sourced preserves and artisan chocolates so you’resure to find the perfect presents and ideas for entertaining.

In addition, this year we have a tempting new range of freshly preparedChristmas food, from hams and salmon to pies and party platters. All these Food to Order products will keep for at least two days from the date you arrange to collect them.

Orders are taken by Fenwick on the understanding that the terms and conditions have beenunderstood and accepted by you.

All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damages should be made on 0191 232 5100 ext 2207 within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for lost parcels must bemade by Friday 23 January 2015.

All hampers are fully itemised in the brochure and we will make every effort to supply the itemsprinted in the detailed listings. However in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right tosubstitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value.
