Article 4 Terms and conditions for the

engagement of external collaborators in the KP concerts

I. The engagement of external collaborators in the KP concerts shall be done in these cases:

1.1. In the absence of adequate staff engaged with a permanent contract for the real ization of concert projects;

1.2. When the concert demands a larger number of 8rtistic staff:

1.3. When there is no resident artistic / technical staff 8t KP for the certain engagement.

Article 5 Conclusion of contracts

I. KP Director has the right to conclude contracts with natural or legal persons to carry out the activities/tasks assigned, 'vvhich are necessary for the realization of artistic projects.

2. Engagement of external collaborators shall be done on a service contract under the Law on Obligational Relationships and Labour Law.
