Fiber laser series HXP contains fiber laser generator IPG (USA) and high-speed high-precision galvo-

scanner, making it excels stable output and high quality working modes of the laser. This system is to

be used in mass production where it is needed high marking speed, good marking effect and high

efficiency. System is also easy to operate, has low operating costs, long life and minimal

maintenance. The system has the CE mark, is produced by CE standards and complies with all

regulations for working with lasers in safety class IV.

Fiber laser series HXP contains fiber laser generator QUANTEL (France) and high-speed high-precision

galvo-scanner RAYLASE (Germany), making it excels stable output and high quality working modes of

the laser. This system is to be used in mass production where it is needed high marking speed, good

Possibilities for movement the laser head

Properties:

Design: the system consists of three parts: resource unit, frame with laser head and

demountable working table. It has manual focusing and user-friendly operation.

Importated isolator for laser generator protection improves proces stability and laser

module life.

Laser beam quality is much better than the traditional laser marking machine. Fiber laser

beam mode is TEM00; focus diameter is less than 20um; expanding angle is only 1/4 of the

YAG-DP. Therefore it is especially good at delicate marking.

High efficiency of conversion of electrical energy to light energy. Gross electricity

consumption is less than 500W, which is 1/10 of the YAG’s consumption.

Free from maintenance, long working life, small size, suitable for any working environment.

Fast marking speed, 2-3 times faster than the traditional marking machine.

User-friendly software allows to create exact marking figures, structuring and setting of

laser parameters for each structure. The marking software supports files such as

Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop and PLT,PCX,DXF,BMP; SHX or TTF can be directly

adopted.

The functions such as autocoding for sequence No., batch number, date, barcode and so

on.
