1 – Extended warranty (2 years extension)

1 year standard – 2 years extension (3 years in total).

Included in the fibo service+ package is the following:

3 – Start kit

The kit is fitted with the equipment used within the first

period according to the operation and maintenance documents. According to

fibo intercon this will help the start-up of your new machine and a good start

of the maintenance.

1 set of start kit includes the following

Oil for mixer gears : 10 ltr.

Form oil : 5 ltr.

Spray for form oil : 1 pc.

Manual grease gun : 1 pc.

Tubes of grease : 2 tubes

Silicone for rubber belts : 1 can

Tool for belt tightening : 1 pc.

Voltmeter : 1 pc.

1 year oil change for gears : 10 ltr.

2 – Modem

Modem for online support. Service technicians are with a modem able to get easy access to the mobile

batching plant and diagnose the problem via the data log from the machine.

The modem ensures fast support and a maximum uptime

4 – 2 sets of spare kit

Containing spare parts for the mixer. The recommended spare part kit contain

the following parts. Under normal concrete production conditions the 2 sets are

sufficient for 3 years of production.

Mixing shovel : 1 pc.

2200 mixing arm S-shaped – outer : 1 pc.

2200 mixing arm S-shape : 6 pcs.

5 – Operator training day with certificate at fibo intercon before delivery

Make sure your operators know the basics about the machine before the batching plant is ship-

ped. The operator training is on the ordered batching plants. This ensures a high quality and a

good start with the batching plant.

Renovation of the C1200 from 2003 – Now, Ready for 15 Years more

Carlsberg Bjælker, Denmark

In connection with the relocation of Carlsberg Beams to our new production hall at Hammershøj Teglværk, we have, in cooperation with Fibo Intercon, been renovating our mixing plant. The mixing plant plays a key role in the production of overlays, which makes it essential to have a plant with high reliability.

Although the mixing plant did not have many years on the bag, we had to admit that it had not been cleaned and maintained sufficiently. Therefore, it was considered that a renovation of the facility made sense, although a renovation is not cost-free.

After the renovation, the plant is now being used as a new one - This helps to put a line in the sand for the operator who is keen on the mixing plant to not look like it did before the renovation.

Therefore, we also benefited from the advice and guidance given by Fibo Intercon in how the plant is to be serviced, maintained and cleaned.

Fibo Intercon also provided advice and guidance during startup of the plant, which has been highly appreciated by operators who operate the plant daily.

We now feel better equipped to handle the page tasks associated with the operation of a mixing plant, and look forward to taking our ”new” mixing plants into our new production hall.

Conditions for extended warranty:

Only original fibo intercon spare parts must be used as ware parts.

The warranty is one year or 2000 working hours.

The customer must follow the guidelines according to the operation and maintenance documents delivered with the machine.

Documentation list (Last page in the user manual) has to be fulfilled with maintenance completed. This must be sent every 6 month within the warranty period to the email

info@fibointercon.com. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Attached in the email must be pictures of the clean mixer to ensure the cleaning quality and extend the lifetime of the

batching plant
