Every Atenean anticipates this event for various reasons. Some see it as an outlet to showcase their talents, staying in school late at night to practice and make props for performances. Many see it as a three-day big break from academic demands, forgetting all the deadlines even just for a short while. Others see it a bittersweet experience, both a blessing and a burden with their roles to organize, be it for Fiesta events, their division’s participation, or both.

What makes the Fiesta special are the memories you have of it. What kept you going are the priceless moments you set aside for the love of your division and the essence of gratification.

Cheers for victories have been shared, and there you are again, facing school duties, you cannot—or must not—set aside anymore.

Fiesta memoirs stay, so be positive. Be enthusiastic. Be inspired. Ignite the same passion, just for the sake of it. There is no other better reason.

Keep going. But in the meantime, enjoy!
