SHOT 1

The trailer begins with the central protagonist 1 (Alice) stepping into the shower, then wiping away the condensation to reveal her face.

We will use artificial lighting in this shot.

SHOT 2

In this shot Alice will be shown in a school setting, with a wide shot

used to establish the setting.

SHOT 3

Alice is now shown with her friends in more of a social

environment. Maggie catches eye with the second central

protagonist (Maggie) across the room who is sat down with her

boyfriend.

Dismemberment shots of both Alice and Maggie

SHOT 5

3 girls, Alice is in the middle, the girls either side are kissing her

cheeks and taking general pictures. Sound bridge to another shot, with the dialogue “do you

ever wonder what| their reaction will be”.

(‘|’ represents a change in shot)

SHOT 6

Shows Alice finishing off her sentence as she looks up towards Maggie, who is now her girlfriend.

This is all seen from Maggie’s point of view, with an over the

shoulder shot.

SHOT 7

Brad, Maggie’s ex-boyfriend, finds out about Maggie’s secret relationship with Alice. He

becomes the ring leader of social media bullying towards Alice. Over

the shoulder shot of a computer with nasty online posts about

Alice, then a reaction shot to the posts.

SHOT 8

Maggie and Alice are arguing about the social media posts. Minimal dialogue used, music

becomes louder. Shot reverse shot or breaking of the 180° rule, to

highlight the ciaos of the situation and symbolises change.

From now on, shots become a lot shorter and faster to mirror Alice’s psychological

state

Continued on from shot 7: Alice looking through social media posts

and comments on her computer

Continued from shot 6: Alice and Maggie are together and Alice

says to Maggie “all has changed since | loving you”. Before her

sentence ends the shot changes, and the sentence is finished on

the next shot. (‘|’ represents a change in shot)

Title appears whilst Alice finishes her sentence.
