Due to the shape and topography of the property located ® 534 Fern Rd Rivo, MD, a variance is beingrequested to construct a detached garage. The property is ,29 acras wfth 222' road frontage on aNorthern exposure. The wfdth of the property changes from 91' on the E sid< to 2y on the W side,4?hich makes the lot very Song and narrow.
