And the same has been approved by the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar vide ref 200 cited above. Hence, the Superintendent, Accounts section and DEMO Section of this office is hereby instructed to issue a paper notification through I & PR for recruitment above post. The details are as follows. Method of Recruitment Further, it is submitted that, the recruitment is to be made as per the guidelines on Outsourcing basis through empanelled outsourcing agency for a period of (01) year ie upto 31.03.2022. Selection will be done on Merit Basis:Selection will be done based on the following criteria:
Total marks are 100 out of which 80 marks will be allotted basing on the
marks obtained in qualifying examination. (80%)
(i) 10 marks (10%) will be awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate. 0.5 mark will be awarded for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age will be
recko as on 01-07-2021.
Example 1: If a candidate completes 20 years as on 01-07-2021, He/She will be awarded 1.0 mark;
Example 2: If a candidate completes 30 years as on 01-07-2021, He/She will be awarded 6.0 marks;
Example 3: If a candidate completes 40 years as on 01-07-2021, He/She will be awarded 10.0 marks).
(i) 10% of marks for experience.
(v)Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and displayed on Official website of District Collector, for transparency and alsofor calling objections. Selections list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the(v)Rule of Reservation (RoR) and Presidential Orders.
The Selected candidates shall maintain the Headquarters. (vi)
Guidelines:The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 34 years. The
minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules:
For S.C's, S.T's & BC's 5 (Five) years. ii. For ex-service man 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in
armed forces. ii. Disable persons 10 (Ten) years.

b. Post of Lab Technician is taken as Zonal cadre (Zone l)
c. Post of Pharmacist is taken as Zonal cadre (Zone - ill)
(n) New Roster points will be open for this recruitment.
(iv) The vacancies for the posts mentioned in G.O.68, falling in Scheduled Areas should be filled exclusively with the Local Scheduled Tribes.
