Interior Trend Show JAPANTEX2019, one of the largest international interior design exhibitions in Japan, was participated by 260 exhibitors from around the world in 2019, and their wide range of exhibits attracted thousands of people every day.

Opening Ceremony November 13 (Wednesday), 2019.
A variety of seminars and thematic exhibitions:Full of useful tips for businesses and lifestyles
JAPANTEX’ s original exhibit illustrating the latest news and trends of interior design
The opening ceremony commenced at 9 am on Novem-ber 13, Wednesday, on Stage A in the presence of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado and Mr. Satoshi Ouchi, Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The ceremony started with the opening remarks of Mr. Moto-hiro Nagashima, Chairman of Nippon Interior Fabrics Asso-ciation, followed by the welcome remarks of Mr. Masami Na-kamura, Chairman of Japan Management Association, the congratulatory remarks of Mr. Satoshi Ouchi, Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the introductory briefing of Mr. Masataka Hanada, Chairman of the Executive Committee of JAPANTEX, and the speech of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado. Then, the three-day exhibition was opened with a ribbon cut-ting by Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado.
The exhibit was divided into three sections with different themes. In addition, the space was dotted with café tables, which allowed visitors to discuss interior design while leisurely exploring the gallery.
Her Imperial High-ness Princess Taka-mado took a tour around the exhibi-tion after the open-ing ceremony.
