    Project Synopsis

Initially with 200mm production capability of 4.3B,after we move 300mm increased our capacity by16% to reach 5B because 300mm can yield morechips at low cost.

This project is to install AMHS in semiconductor fabdue to difficult in handling, transportation betweendepartment and storage of 300mm wafer

    This project budget is $800k

    With in 90days
