APPLICATION FORM

All applications will be evaluated by the YEC Team Committee who will use thefollowing evaluation criteria, in addition to the below Value Criteria:

• Creativity

• Determination• Love/ Reason

• Curiosity

• Passion




• Resolve, to select the successful projects.

The Committee will not evaluate incomplete applications. Please complete theapplication to the best of your abilities while considering the criteria. The Committee isproviding these criteria to facilitate the application process with the expectation of

receiving quality submissions. Criteria are considered strong preferences of theCommittee.

Your project plan must include next ingredients:

• people, staffing and management

• products and services




• materials, manufacturing and production

• IT and communications

• plant, vehicles, equipment

• storage, distribution, logistics

• buildings and premises

• finance, administration, acquisition and divestment• purchasing

• sales, selling, marketing

• human resources development and training

• customer service and relations




• quality, health and safety,

• legal and professional

• technical, scientific, research and development

• new business development

• and anything else which needs planning and managing within organizations.

• What is the status of the competition on the market (what’s




happening in the market you want to take a part in)

Describe the advantages of your project over existing solutions? Innovativequalities of your product/ service? What are the technologies offered by your competitors?




• Implementation of the project:Which stage have you reached so far? Which developing strategy do you have inmind?(Selling your products, distribution, patent)?

• Funding:




(Practically, almost nobody will fund the entire cost of the Project. At least 25% of the total budgetfor the Project must be contributed from other sources. This contribution can include cashcontributions or in-kind donations. In general, in-kind donations demonstrate a strongcollaboration with partner organizations and are preferred over cash contributions. Otherpartners/funding sources are expected to participate as a means of establishing sustainability andforging partnerships.

In-kind sources of funding are accepted, provided they are from other sources, rather thanfrom the applicants themselves)
