  • Why a HM Student must go for Operation training programme??? The hospitality industry is a 3.5 trillion dollar service sector within the global economy. Indias tourism and hospitality industry has emerged as one of the key sectors driving the countrys economy. India's tourism is thriving , owing to a huge surge in both business & leisure travel by foreign &domestic tourists. Hotel Industry is closely linked with travel & tourism industries. India is experiencing huge footballs as a favorite vacation destination of foreigners & natives & the hotel industry is going into a tizzy working towards improving itself. Hospitality management including the food service industry is one of the fastest growing occupation in the world. In the year 2010 there are twelve million workers working in this industry. We are exploring & widening the scope of Hotel Management. In regular curriculum, every HM student has to go for ITs ,but the duration period for IT is very limited & restricted, students are unable to get thorough knowledge of every department.

  • For that they have to undergo at least six months training for each department, yet this is not sufficient, but every student must have knowledge from the core. This is just the beginning.It is not only where you start that matters, but also where you finish. Every seed needs time & nourishment for its growth, similarly student is like a seed which requires polishing & confidence in his work.This can be only build when every student gives time , sweat & interest in each area. After perceiving hotel management courses , students just randomly go for better salary but what about the perfection in work? & there are many HM students who run for money without any knowledge which gives them undoubted failure. So Operation Training Programme helps to discover & identify the interest area which helps to reach pinnacle in their profession. After their training programme is over , if they are found well efficient in particular department then they are recruited on supervisory level. The facilities that we are providing to trainees is extremely comfortable & efficient to live.

  • Rules To Abide By ITEvery student obtain an identity card in the training period. Each student should submit photocopy of their college ID proof & two passport size photographs.Students must be regular & punctual in training period. Students will not be certified for the training & his / her progress including the performance during the training programme, if his / her attendance is found poor & Absenteeism without leave is considered as a breach of discipline.Students are required to confirm to the grooming standards of the Hotel such as appropriate clothing , correct uniform & short hair for boys & well combed & neatly tied hair for girls etc.Hotel Management will not be responsible for any accident that may be caused to any trainee student during his / her training in the Hotel.No trainee student can leave the Hotel premises during the working hours without permission from HR Department.A trainee student once admitted in the training programme can be transferred to any one of our properties in Nasik.There will be separate lodging for ladies & gents

  • If during the course of training period, student desires to discontinue his / her training programme for ny reason, whatsoever he / she shall be allowed to do so by submitting an application duly signed by college principal / placement co-coordinator. College letter consisting of details of trainees shall be submitted by Training & Placement faculty. Student should be in proper college uniformStudent should inform before taking leave to HR Dept. during the tenure of training.Student should follow all the norms of Hotel as other employeesStudents will not be permitted to join any other organization within the city immediately after the completion of training session.Training Completion Certificate will be issued only after successful & satisfying completion of training program as per the hotel norms.

  • Terms & conditions of HOTP are..Each student should submit photocopy of their college ID proof College letter consisting of details of trainees shall be submitted by Training & Placement faculty. Student should be in proper college uniformStudent should inform before taking leave to HR Dept. during the tenure of training.Student should follow all the norms of Hotel as other employeesStudents will not be permitted to join any other organization within the city immediately after the completion of training session.After completion of successful training session students may have opportunity to join our organization on supervisory position.Training Completion Certificate will be issued only after successful & satisfying completion of training program as per the hotel norms.
