• Businesses were encouraged to adopt the themes of various soccer-playing nations and decor their venues accordingly
• Revellers were handed small SA flags as they entered
• Buskers of all shapes and sizes to roamed the street
• The stage programme included stage effects, dancers,
local cultural performers; big-name national
performers, colourful sponsor contributions and
lasers
• Secured by unprecedented security

So How did it go...?
• The most obvious measures of success are:
3)Public enjoyment
4)Continues stage flow
5)Incident-free (mostly)
6)Positive media coverage...
But the REAL measure:
• What did the businesses and residents of Long Str think...!?
• We conducted an extensive survey after the event to gauge the opinions of most of those affected:
• Reference Word Doc:-
But you really know you’ve done a good job when...
• at the end of the night,
your boss lets his
few, grey hairs down!
