Design Concept

due to the recent events that have happened in egypt i realized that people do not interact alot with one another because architecture in egypt lacks sociopetal design. therefore i wanted to create commoon areas where people would be ableto socialize and get to know one another. i also wanted to break the community segregation we see here and therefore i i wanted to allow people of low average income groups to feel equal to everyone else. i implemented this in my design by providing them with the highest quality of living possible at an affordable range. i created a business center where people may come and invest and tenants would work in these companies to be able to afford thistype of housing. i chose an area in ismalia infront of the sea because usually people oof this income group do not have the previalgeto be able to see the sea daily.
