The City of Phoenix receives FHWA funding through the Arizona Department of Transportation
(ADOT).In partnership with ADOT’s Business Engagement
and Compliance Office (BECO), we are responsible for ensuring contractors and consultants achieve
full compliance with all applicable federal regulations related to the
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise(DBE) Program.
DBE Program Requirements
ADOT has established a DBE participation goal of
2.77%for this contract.
This project is in part funded by the USDOT and is subject to 49 CFR Part 26 and the
USDOT DBE Program.

144 Alleys located in 13 Quarter Sections in North Phoenix.
12 Q.S. between Dunlap Ave and Northern Avenue, from 43rd Ave to 16th St
1 QS near Bethany Home and SR 51.

Provide a Fracture Aggregate Surface Treatment on 29 miles of alleys for Dust Control.
Weed Control with post-emergent and pre-emergent applications.
Clearing and Grubbing, as well as subgrade preparation prior to FAST.
Adequate grading to maintain existing drainage patterns.

advance of work.
Coordination to maintain garbage collection services.
Federal Aid Project requires compliance with Buy America and Environmental Mitigation Measures.
Work to be completed within 180 Calendar Days from NTP.
